Rest sends reminders automatically to help you stay on track, for example to complete your Sleep Log. It isn’t possible to set custom reminder times at the moment.

What Rest’s reminders look like

Push notifications: a banner on your Lock Screen or at the top of the screen, for example “Final call! Tap here to fill out your Sleep Log.”

Live Activities: a card on your Lock Screen that shows how long you have left to log your sleep, with a Log your sleep button.

App badge: a red number on the Rest icon when something is pending.
