Phase 1: Sleep Logging Mastery
You log your sleep every day so we can learn your real sleep patterns. At the end of this phase, we calculate your Ideal Wake Time.
Phase 2: Establishing Your Wake Time
You start waking up at the same time every day, your Ideal Wake Time. Your Sleep Window is set from your Earliest Bedtime to your Ideal Wake Time.
A shorter Sleep Window can leave you sleepier during the day at first. Take extra care when driving or operating machinery, and if you have another health condition, such as sleep apnea, bipolar disorder or a seizure disorder, talk to your clinician before following it.
Phase 3: Expanding Your Sleep Window
As your sleep becomes more consistent, your Sleep Window gradually expands, 15 minutes at a time.
Moving to the next phase
To move forward, you need 7 consecutive days of logs. One missed day is allowed. Logging every day is the best way to keep making progress.
Rest is not a medical treatment and doesn’t replace care from your clinician.
